Well I’ve neglected the blog a bit in the past weeks because the side effects of pregnancy were keeping me down, and it directly showed with my number of followers. I haven’t gained any since the end of Fantastic Fables, I even lost a couple and it really saddens me =(
Now I’m getting better, still not ready to run a marathon, far from that (!), but I have some new projects cooking for you guys and I hope you’ll be as excited as I am!
First, I decided to add “Continue Reading” links to the homepage to make browsing easier. It doesn’t change a thing if you view it from google reader but I’d like to know how you feel about it. I’d be glad if you took a second to fill the poll:
Second, as I mentioned two weeks ago, When I’m Not Writing.. is making a come back, with Jenn at its lead and Kevin Hearne will be the first guest on November 15th!
Third, I am starting a new meme, featured on Thursday and starting on October 27th and I really hope you will join the party! I don’t want to sell the punch yet, but it’s called Daring You To Read… and there will be a giveaway to celebrate the launch!
Up next, I’m working on a huge event for Christmas called A Christmas With… and I’m gonna tell you all bout it next week, but here’s the button. I’m actually very proud of my first animated button *giggles*
So this is it for all the news, but before I let you go, here’s an awesome Halloween video I stumbled upon!
It must have been so much work to coordinate it all o.O I hope they have a speaker in the driveway LOL
I’d really like to have your comments on what’s to come, after all I’m doing it for you *winks*
Sounds like some exciting stuff is coming up! Hope you feel even better soon. :)
ReplyDeletePoor thing. I know you are excited about the baby but being pregnant can really take its toll on you. I was sick for the whole 9 months so i didn't have anymore kids after her. lol Hope you get to feeling better soon. Rest as much as you can.
ReplyDeleteWow, so many great additions! I look forward to them all.
ReplyDeleteCongrats again on your pregnancy and take good care of yourself. I always enjoy your blog no matter how much you post. Do what works for you! My blog is much (much!) smaller than yours and I don't post every day because I can't. Life gets in the way sometimes and my blog doesn't come first but it's only a hobby and that's what works for me. :)
Family comes first. I remember being so tired when I was pregers. Hang in there, your hard core followers are not going anywhere. :)
ReplyDeleteHugs and totally understand . Sounds like some fun stuff is coming up :)
ReplyDeleteAs I have been down sick with 2 of my pregnancies I totally understand.
We can all understand, just take it easy for a bit.
ReplyDeleteAnd you have some good stuff coming, sounds wonderful.
Sounds exciting!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're feeling better, cupcake =)

Cute. Can't wait to see what you have planned :-)
ReplyDeleteThis all sure sounds interesting! And people who stop follow you when you post a little less, are only intested in free books, not in your reviews or other articles. They will come back for Christmas I guess.
ReplyDeleteI have been a follower for a while and what I really appreciate are your news and reviews. That was the best video ever too!
ReplyDeleteThanks you guys =) I really appreciate your support!
ReplyDeleteAw I hope you continue to get better as your pregnancy goes along. I like the Daring you to Read Meme and can't wait to learn more about it.
ReplyDeleteIt all sounds great. I'm glad things are going better with your pregnancy, hope things continue to go well.
ReplyDelete*SQUEE!* This all sounds awesome darling!!!! I'm excited to find out more about the new meme you're starting tomorrow :). I may not be able to participate until I get home at 11pm though :S I hope I won't be too late! *HUGS!* I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better!!!
