Not too many books for me these past few weeks, so this StS will be a quick one. I got a few books for review, including one that will be featured in our Halloween themed event, Paranorm'All Hallows Eve. You can check out this post for more information about the upcoming event.

  8. Do you like the new cover for Dark Triumph? I actually like the old one better, but the new one isn't bad. I picked up too many eARCs this week. Hopefully next week will be lighter or I'll just need to not look at NG or Edelweiss.

  10. I really enjoyed the first book of the series, so it was only natural that I bought book 2, especially with the next book coming out soon. I hope you have a great weekend too!

  11. I'm enjoying it so far. It's very different. I can read it all at once because it's divided in different witch trials... You can come by next week for my full review!

  15. I actually didn't know there were two different covers! I guess they look very similar... I wonder why they changed it at all.

  17. Oh. Awesome picks. I'm digging the Penguin book. I might have to see if I can find a copy. I've heard a lot about Lailah by Nikki Kelly, so I'm hoping to look more into it and see if it's something I want to read.
