Thanks for sharing the other books! I love that your mom reads the same type of books you read.

  2. I loved seeing all of those in French! How neat.

So, are you French? I was trying to place your accent. :)

How awesome that you got a signed ARC of Wolfsbane! I still need to pick up Nightshade. I've been lusting after that cover. So pretty.

  4. Awesome mailbox Tynga !! I wish my mom reads more .. I could advise her some series just like you, that'd be awesome !!
I so agree, French books are so expensive .. =( !! That's one of the reasons I read books in English !!

Happy reading to you and your mom ;) !!

  5. @WildIrishRose33 You really need to read it! Her wolves are so different =)

@Jennifer A Yup french Canadian ^^ Though I'm being told I don't have a typical accent. Oh well!

@Olivia I prefer reading in English, not only because it's cheaper, but because you really read the story the way the author intended it. Nothing is lost in the translation.

@Elodie My mom is just starting, I got her Beautiful Creatures for Xmas (16 Lunes) and she bought the 2nd book and the series, then a Cate Tiernan series on her own. I think I got her hooked! *g*

  6. I'm French Canadian too! :)

Some of the titles in French are so not the same in English. I mean, Charmes (Wicked Deeds on a Winter’s Night)...really?

Great books this week! Your mom must be really happy! :)

  10. OMG I loveee the covers for French books! I am super jealous sometimes when I compare the English books to the French ones! I have considered buying the french books sometimes because I just love the covers haha! But they cost so damn much! Sometimes they have some good deals on French books at Archambault, I'll keep an eye out for you since it's right near my work ;). You mom is going to LOVE the books I'm sure! Joyeux Pâques Tynga!<3

  11. That's really neat! No, I don't think you do have a typical accent. That's why I couldn't place what other language you knew. I knew it wasn't Spanish. Now that I remember your from Canada, it makes sense that you're French Canadian. Duh! LOL.
