I wasn't crazy about the first book in the series, and while I liked it well enough, I'm willing to give this second book a try.

Hey, I'm Tynga! Montreal-based mom of two and lifelong book lover.     I haven't heard of this series, but glad to hear you're going to give the second book a chance! Sometimes the second book is better than the first, so hope you enjoy!

    I don't know that I'll ever read any of JK Rowling's other books. They just don't sound that good to me. I know people have been just going on and on about this book, or at least the one before it.
