Stacking the Shelves [59]

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!
Guidelines:
  • Create your own Stacking The Shelves post. You can use my official graphic or your own, but please link back to Tynga’s Reviews so more people can join the fun!
  • You can set your post any way you want, simple book list, covers, pictures, vlog, sky is the limit!
  • I am posting Stacking The Shelves on Saturdays, but feel free to post yours any day that fits you.
  • Visit Tynga’s Reviews on Saturday and add your link so others can visit you!
  • Visit other participants link to find out what they added to their shelves!
If you want to find out more about Stacking The Shelves, please visit the official launch page!

------------------
Before I begin I want to wish Tynga an amazing birthday! Happy birthday, T!
Hello, everyone! It's been a super long time since I've done one of these so I'm excited to be back. There's a very special reason that I am doing this week's STS and that's because I visited BEA last weekend! Yes, you heard right! It was everything I hoped it would be and more and my haul is mouth-watering. I'm exercising as much restraint as I can to finish my current for-review books, but the second they're done I am diving into this pile and never turning back!
Below is a vlog of me quickly showing you my books, their covers, whether they're signed, etc. If you want a more detailed and entertaining vlog showcasing my friend, Gillian, who was kind enough to let me crash at her apartment for three nights, than go to my personal blog and check it out here.

Everything with an asterisk is signed! In no particular order, the haul that is making me go nuts for eternity! <3

Giveaway
While at BEA I helped an adult blogger with her suitcase because she was struggling to put her books away. She repaid me by stuffing some random young adult books into my suitcase without showing me what they were. When I opened up my suitcase I learned that I got an extra copy of COLDEST GIRL IN COLDTOWN. So, I've decided to give it away! You can enter to win it here! Sorry, but it's US only. I'm a broke-preparing-for-college girl!

I'm a 18 year old from a small town in New Jersey that's a newcomer to the book blogging world. Because I am an incoming senior in high school the closest thing that I have to a job is being a volunteer at the town library, so I spend most of my time reading and persuading my parents to let me buy more books!

  2. That is such an amazing haul! I wish I could have gone to BEA, but it would just cost too much (I'm in Australia). Maybe one day. :)

    1. There was an accident with the linky on my part :/

There were several people at BEA who are from Australia! They just saved up a lot for their ticket and stayed with friends in NYC for free so it would cost left and then shipping was their big issue. Again, saving up haha Or you can bring an extra suitcase (even if it costs more) and fill it with as many books as you can as long as it does not exceed the weight limit.
