Christmas in Icicle Falls by Sheila Roberts should probably receive a ten-yard penalty for "rushing the season" but this is a lovely series and I can never resist picking them up.
I just had to grab Level Up by Cathy Yardley, because I'm in the middle of the second book in this series, One True Pairing, and it's terrific. For all of us geek girls who have dreamed of meeting our favorite fandom crushes, this series looks like a winner.

Christmas in July! :)
ReplyDeleteThe scary thing is that this isn't the first Xmas book I've gotten. The years just keep getting shorter and shorter...
DeleteLevel Up definitely looks like one I would love. I can't wait to see what you think about it. Hope you have a great weekend
ReplyDeleteI just finished book 2 in the series, One True Pairing, and it was SO MUCH FUN! I have very high hopes for Level Up!

ReplyDeleteSeeing Christmas in Icicle Falls on your book haul makes me wish for Christmas. ^_^
ReplyDeleteHa! I've picked up a few Christmas books at my thrift store somewhat recently. Better to get them now instead of waiting until Christmas when they mark up the prices. Also, Christmas in July is a thing. :) - Katie

ReplyDeleteLooks like some Christmas in July. I have not tried reading Christmas related books in the summer. I like to save them for the Fall.
