Teaser Tuesday - My Soul to Take

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

-Grab your current read
-Open to a random page
-Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
-BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn't give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
-Share the title & author, too, so that other Teaser Tuesday participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teasers!

I really love Rachel Vincent's books and I am happy to tease you with her most recent release, first book in her new young adult series: My Soul To Take!
I am only 3 chapters in but it is already awesome *grins*

My teaser:
" "I swear." And I meant it, because in that moment, with the sun painting his face in a harsh relief of light and shadow, Nash looked both scared and scary"

Awesome isn't it?

If I got you curious, you can read the prequel novella, My Soul To Loose.
