Stacking the Shelves [313]

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!
If you want to find out more about Stacking The Shelves, please visit the official launch page!

This is my post-ALA Stacking the Shelves. My complete stack over at Reading Reality is absolutely ginormous - maybe even a bit bigger than ginormous - whatever that is. I saw many, many too many marvelous books, and picked up eARCs of pretty much all of them.

The great thing about eARCs is that my iPad weighs the exact same amount no matter how many books it's holding. The one drawback to eARCs is that there's nothing to signal me (like pain in my arms and back from carrying too many books) that I'm way, way past the number of books I can read in a lifetime.

Here's a teeny, tiny sampling...

Circe by Madeline Miller

Heartland by Sarah Smarsh

John Woman by Walter Mosley

The Map of Salt and Stars by Jennifer Zeynab Joukhadar
